Universal Connector

Did you know that by using the Universal Connector, you can create a custom module to connect to REST APIs?

Crosser's Universal Connectors (UC) allow seamless integration with REST APIs, providing an easy-to-use wizard for creating reusable modules. UC supports dynamic API calls, user input, and data from flow messages, all while offering customizable icons, version control and in module documentation.

The Crosser Control Center includes a step-by-step wizard for creating UC modules, making it accessible for beginners. It supports various API authentication methods, including custom options using headers or query parameters, and allows dynamic inputs with template syntax. This flexibility simplifies API integration for diverse use cases.

UC modules offer two types of settings: Input and Output. Selecting 'Input' enables a 'Target Property' setting to define where data should go. Setting it to 'Output' automatically assigns the API call results to the default 'data' property, enhancing flexibility in handling API interactions.
